Reporting Capabilities
TUX’s ability to create customized reports is truly unlike any other’s in the industry. Once the data for a company is fully populated (incorporated into our system), TUX is able to generate reports based on a vast number of criteria. It is completely customizable to the customer’s needs.
In addition to printable billing summaries for internal payment approvals and tracking problems, THG can also provide customized soft copy files for upload into accounting systems for payment and cost accounting. Customization was one of our major goals in TUX’s design.
Our system also allows for multiple levels of cost allocation. For instance, each facility can have assigned to it multiple sets of cost allocations in case you need to compare energy use or other criteria certain facilities across a geographical area. Typically, this type of comparison has been a problem because each location has a specific accounting code.
